How to Join our Client & Affiliate Business Directory?

 How to Join our Client & Affiliate Business Directory?

Firstly, this is not an internet marketing affilate program based on commisions. Affiliates pay a fixed annual fee for various elements or fields of their business directory entry. A basic entry is free.

Current clients of AnytimeAnywhere Bookkeeping, The Business Physician, Liberating Websites and Anytime CPD have access to all elements or fields of their business directory entry for free while they remain clients of those entities. If you are a client we will liase with you to make arrangements to complete your business directory entry.

If you wish to have an entry in the business directory you must read the terms and conditions of this website which can be found HERE

If you are not a client and wish to become an affiliate in order to have a business directory entry register an account on our website (Click on Client and Accountant Login). Once registered you can login, and click on Client & Affilate directory. You will then have access to the entry input form.

Some of the fields have an annual fee. You effective buy access to those fields by Paypal, Credit Card or EFT. Each field you opt to pay for is added to a shopping cart which is then processed like a normal online purchase.

Your entries are reviewed and if in accordance with our Terms and Conditions will be approved and published. You will be contacted if amendment is required.

All entries, free and paid, continue to be published for one year from publication. You will be contacted prior to the end of each 12 months to ascertain whether you wish to continue to have your entry published and if so whether any amendments are required. The subscription for the paid fields must also be renewed if you wish to continue to use those fields.

You also have the option to have your directory entry treated as a featured entry. Featured entries are additionally published as prominent entries. All new entries are treated as featured entries for one week at no cost.

Your business may cover more than one category in the directory. Not a problem. You can choose more than one category at no extra cost.

The Benefits of being an Affiliate

  • Increased exposure of your business for little or no cost depending on the additional fields you want for your entry in the directory;
  • The link to your website helps improve your SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) ranking.

What are your fees?

fees1We have a standard rate of $40 per hour plus GST. We may agree other rates with you for special projects.

We do not necessarily charge for the actual time spent on your work. We have a maximum charge for a task being that time that would be reasonably required to complete a task under the circumstances. That way you are not charged for inefficiencies but obtain the benefit of efficiencies.

We are able to keep our rates competative because our online approach reduces overheads of our practice as comapred with other practices.

Where feasible we will set agreed budgets for tasks.

You can easily monitor the time being incurred on your accounts in real time using our online project management tools on our website - therefore no suprises.
