We have a standard rate of $40.91 per hour plus GST or $45 including GST. We may agree on other rates with you for special projects and consulting.
We do not necessarily charge for the actual time spent on your work. We have a maximum charge for a task being the time that would be reasonably required to complete a task under the circumstances. That way you are not charged for inefficiencies but obtain the benefit of efficiencies.
We are able to keep our rates competitive because our online approach reduces the overheads of our practice as compared with other practices.
Where feasible we will set agreed budgets for tasks.
You can easily monitor the time being incurred on your accounts in real-time using our online private client database- therefore no surprises.
